Moore Home Services started with a simple question. Every home needs HVAC help, but how do we establish ourselves and grow sustainably? Finding the answer to that question happened over an unassuming lunch in 2009.

During a midday meal at Beyond the Glory in Petaluma, two men sat together and sketched business plans onto a paper restaurant napkin. What unfolded was just like a movie. Traditionally, it takes decades to establish a regional footprint; at Moore Home Services, we accomplished that in less than 10 years.

Currently, we roll with a fleet of more than 50 trucks and 100 employees; all trained to provide our customers with the best HVAC experience. We also pride ourselves on our specifically designed hiring process. With a specialized service, such as HVAC, it’s imperative we hire people with smarts and heart, you can’t bring just anyone into this business.
