Charles Osgood, owner of Service Wizard, has worked in the air conditioning industry for decades. His family business, Osgood Heating and Air Conditioning, was founded in 1968 and successfully run for 30 years. After the family business merged with and became ARS in 1998, Charles Osgood formed Service Wizard and was joined by his brother John Osgood soon after.
