Leland Smith is the Chief Executive Officer of the Service Champions Group.

He founded Service Champions Plumbing, Heating & AC 20 years ago with the philosophy of being the “Champions of Service.” As a trailblazer, Leland paid his employees better than any of his competitors, and in turn, expected them to provide the highest quality of work and to treat the customer like family. This constant drive for service excellence allowed him to grow his small fleet of trucks into one of the largest home-service businesses in the nation.

Today and forever, Leland remains steadfast in his philosophy in providing homeowners with exceptional service beyond their expectations.

Leland has a B.B.A. from the University of Kentucky.

Frank DiMarco

Frank has led the Service Champions Group as Chief Operating Officer since 2018 and brings over 30 years of operational experience in the home services industry; including serving as Vice President of Operations with Horizons Services and Regional Manager with Goodman.

He brings foresight, integrity, and tenacity in delivering the absolute best home service experience to our customers.

Frank has a B.S. in Business Administration from John Caroll University.

Daniel Hamm

CFO

Daniel has led the Service Champions Group as Chief Financial Officer since 2017. He brings over 23 years of CFO experience primarily in service-related businesses and has worked with multiple private equity and private equity-owned businesses directing mergers and acquisitions.

Daniel oversees all Mergers and Acquisitions, Finance, Accounting, Reporting, IT and Integration for The Service Champions Group.

He believes in partnering with the right teams at spectacular businesses and continually setting every task and goal higher to ultimately deliver our mission of providing the absolute best home service experience to our customers.

He earned his M.B.A. in Finance and a B.B.A. in Accounting from California State University, Fullerton.

Katey Stern

Katey has led the Service Champions Group as Chief Marketing Officer since 2005 and brings over 15 years of marketing and sales experience in HVAC and plumbing services.

During her tenure with Service Champions Plumbing, Heating & AC, it grew from $7 million to over $300+ million in revenue and increased club membership to over 20,000 households. She works closely with each new acquisition to build a marketing framework that drives mass recognition and demand with customers.

She earned her B.B.A. in Marketing from San Diego University.
